JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Having regard to the stand taken in paras 7 and 8 of the show cause, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the present contempt petition.

However, it is made clear that the opposite parties cannot victimize the petitioner for filing the present contempt petition for compliance of the direction issued by the writ court. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.4640 of 2018(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 that salary of the petitioner has been stopped after February, 2019, does not fall in the category of gross contempt. If the salary has been stopped, the petitioner may agitate the issue before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
