JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354, 504, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner no.1 is of assault to the informant by rod and allegation against petitioner nos.3 & 4 is of putting Gamchha around the neck of the maternal uncle of the informant and there is also allegation against accused persons is that they have snatched gold chain from the wife of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7193 of 2019(3) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is land dispute also and all injuries are simple in nature, which he has stated on oath.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri at Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
