2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 359/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/354/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judi-
