At this stage, learned counsel for the parties submits that the earlier Advocate Commissioner appointed by the Court is not available and another Advocate Commissioner is required to be appointed by the learned trial Court in the T.S. No. 15/2016 pending in the Court of Sub-Judge- IInd, Sheohar. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners for moving an appropriate application, if required, with respect to appointment of another Advocate Commissioner in view of the facts and circumstances of the case.
