Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the FIR that when the informant was away from his house in the night and returned next morning he found that locks of the house was broken and household items were stolen.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and name of the petitioner surfaced in this on the confessional statement of co-accused and no incriminating material has been recovered from his possession. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
