The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the office within one month.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant Ranjit Kumar lodged this FIR stating therein that the present petitioner, after catching hair locks of his sister, thrust her on the ground. Thereafter, the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and assaulted his family members, including his sister and his father.

Case No. 154 of 2020 has been lodged by the petitioner's side. He has further submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. He has also submitted that the dispute arose between the parties due to quarrel regarding a cricket match between the children.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances and also considering that the petitioner has mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of this bail petition that he has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 153 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) Mahesh/- U T
