At an earlier occasion while rejecting prayer for bail vide order dated 28.08.2014 passed under Criminal Miscellaneous No.25501 of 2014 (Annexure-1), a liberty was given to the petitioner to renew after framing of charge. From the order dated 13.04.2015, it is apparent that charge had already been framed.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner, Umesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sessions Trial No.34 of 2015 arising out of Paliganj P.
