====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2020 registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14669 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 337, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases and injuries have been caused on both the parties. There is no previous intention to cause any specific injury.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application and does not contest the submission and submitted that the injuries have been caused on both the sides.

Keeping in view of aforesaid facts and the nature of injuries, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners and in the event of arrest they shall be released on bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
