The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Theft was committed in the house of Anirudh Prasad @ Sadhu Yadav. For that, a case was lodged against unknown. During the course of investigation, the petitioner and Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Chauhan were apprehended and many articles were recovered. It is submitted that similarly situated accused Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Chauhan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. 37537 of 2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22000 of 2015 (3) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 327of 2014.
