Mr. Arun ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/341/323/324/379/385/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the main allegation is against one Rajeev and not the present petitioners. It is further submitted that these petitioners have no criminal antecedents and there is case and counter case between the parties and admittedly there is land dispute.

No.3770 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 253 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
