Petitioner is named in the first information report but there is only allegation against her that she was washing the blood fallen on the ground with an intention to destroy the evidence. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as the aspect of the matter that petitioner is a lady and is languishing in jail custody since 24.10.2015, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Nawada in connection with Gobindpur P.S.Case No.98 of 2015.
