The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 308, 325 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecutrix made allegation that the petitioner scaled over the roof and tried to outrage her modesty, but when the informant raised alarm, the petitioner threw her from the roof. The informant got fracture injury on her head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the informant. The informant fell down and got fracture injury on her head. On account of enmity this case has been filed after 13 days of the occurrence.
