The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, and 30(a) 31, 41, 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He was apprehended from nearby a truck which was carrying huge quantity of liquor. Submission is that neither the truck was of the petitioner nor he was owner of liquor.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3982 of 2019(4) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 876 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
