2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner of this writ petition died, which is acknowledged vide order dated 03.01.2023. He fairly submits that even after direction made for filing substitution petition, heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner are not showing their inclination to file substitution petition.

3. From the record, it transpires that adjournment has been made four times i.e., vide orders dated 03.01.2023, 06.02.2023, 25.10.2024 and 25.11.2024 and today also, no one

4. In this background, this Court has no option, but to dismiss the present writ petition with liberty to heirs and legal representatives of the petitioner that they may file substitution petition for revival of the writ petition as and when cause of action shall available for them.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ application stands dismissed.
