The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail which was earlier rejected vide order dated 07.10.2015 passed in Cri. Misc. No. 25248 of 2015 on the ground that the petitioner is in the custody since 23.12.2014 and the trial has not been concluded within three months as per direction given in order dated 07.10.2015 to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for re-consideration of prayer of bail and, as such, again the prayer of bail of the petitioner stands rejected. However, the trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months after keeping the same on day-to-day basis and after taking all
