2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. Nos.2 to 5 vide order dated 30.11.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P. S. Case No.306 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No.2162 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4618 of 2024(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
