The petitioner seeks bail in Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was burnt to death within one year from her marriage with the son of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation, it has come that the deceased had altercation with her husband and that is why she set herself ablaze. Kamlawati Devi, the neighbour of the deceased disclosed that she came and found the deceased burning, she put off fire after breaking the door.

No.6174 of 2015 (4) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he is in jail since 06.10.2014, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Andar (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014.
