This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8784 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 14.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8784 of 2019 is hereby extended by six weeks from today.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed to the above extent.
