2. The present writ petition has been filed petitioner seeking direction to the Circle Officer, Kalyanpur to comply the order passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Chakiya, East

Patna High Court CWJC No.1209 of 2023(3) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 Champaran dated 28.08.2021 in BLDR Case No.01 of 2019-20 under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of supplementary affidavit he has filed the said order which is annexed as Annexure-7 which was allowed in favour of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that counter affidavit has been filed in this case and in the said counter affidavit it has come that against the order passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Chakiya, East Champaran in BLDR Case No.01 of 2019-20 appeal has been preferred by Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur bearing BLDR Appeal No.185 of 2022 and it is due to this reason no further action could be taken by the respondent in this case.

5. In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed that upon acquiring the finality of the order dated 28.08.2021 passed by Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Chakiya, East Champaran in BLDR Case No.01 of 2019-20, he shall comply the same within six weeks.

6. With this observation and direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
