This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections341,323,307,504/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation against the petitioner is of indiscriminate firing causing injury on the arm of the Laxman Mandal, son of the informant, The injury is mentioned as bandaged would and tenderness in back. The doctor has reserved his opinion. However, this injury is not on the vital part of the body.

Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on
