2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 528 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 103(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. One Vinay Kumar @ Mantus Prasad is the assailant of the deceased Dev kuvanri Devi. The petitioner is not the assailant of the informant. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
