JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case initially registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. The informant claims to have learnt the name of F.I.R. named accused on the basis of conversations of the culprits. Subsequently, one co-accused, Rahul Kumar was arrested and confessed his guilt and also stated the name of petitioner as his associates. The petitioner was also arrested and Rs. 2400/- is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.13868 of 2016 (2) dt.04-04-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.K.
