JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.(i) To direct the respondents 1 set to remove the unauthorized encroachment by the respondents 2 set over the plot of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6681 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2023 2/2 (ii) To direct the respondents 1 set to ensure the possession over the plot of the petitioner which is illegally captured by the respondents 2nd set as per the measurement by the Government Amin on due process.

(iii) To direct the respondents 6 & 7 to vacate the plot area of the plot which is forcibly captured by the 2nd set taking all the possible legal steps to remove them and also the plot to be fenced."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
