In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 36(C) of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act. When, this matter was taken up on 21.02.2019, both the parties have physically present before this Court. The opposite party no.2 has made a statement that she will go along with her husband. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 36 (C) of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
