JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.04.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323, 504 of the I.P.C. The accusation is of assaulting with lathi to the son of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be simple. The injury report has been brought on record as Annexure-2. There is counter version of the occurrence also.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
