JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have shot arrow causing injury on the neck of the informant. The doctor opined that the aforesaid injury was dangerous to life but the alleged occurrence, admittedly, took place on account of land dispute and both the parties have lodged cases against each others for the alleged occurrence. Petitioner and his other family members also appear to have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.01.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
