2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 301 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 11.09.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State as well as the informant have opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Saran in connection with Taraiya P.S.
