The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Kumar and it appears that except confessional statement of aforesaid co-accused Mukesh Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial P.S.Case No. 107 of 2015.
