The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.1580(c)/2018 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 323, 341, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail subject to the condition that he would be required to pay Rs.10,000/- per month by 10th day of every month but because the petitioner was unable to pay the same, his bail bond was cancelled and he was taken into custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is still willing to keep his wife with full dignity and honour, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2654 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1580(c)/2018.
