Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.2.2016 in a case registered under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report and name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of information given by the spy of the police. After that the petitioner was caught and confessed his guilt.

It appears that except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Barauni P.S. Case no. 381/2015.
