The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for committing robbery of the motorcycle and other articles of the informant. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of one Bikesh Das. The petitioner was not put on T.I.P. Jitendra Paswan has already been enlarged on bail. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sitamarhi in Sonebarsa P.S. Case No. 14/2013.
