The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 314 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that only material against the petitioner is that confessional statement of co-accused. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2016, but no T.I. Parade has been conducted and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
