JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Though this case has been listed under the heading "Orders on office notes", but Mr. N.K. Agarawal, learned Senior Advocate, in presence of Mr. Alok Ranjan, learned advocate for the State, seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua for the redressal of his grievances.

Should a representation/appeal be filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua within a period of two weeks, the same shall be
