In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2676 of 2012 (Tr. No.788 of 2018), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

The marriage of the complainant was solemnized with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4715 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 accused- Angad Pandey about 6 years ago from the date of filing of the present case. Allegation has been made that the accused persons used to torture her mentally and physically for demand of dowry.

The petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are brother-in-law of the complainant. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.2676 of 2012 (Tr.
