The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed the case before the D.C.L.R., Kahalgaon for delivery of possession with regard to the land settled in his favour. The D.C.L.R., Kahalgaon by order dated 28.07.2016 directed the Circle Officer, Sanhoula to get the land of the petitioner verified and if the claim of the petitioner is found genuine, the petitioner be put in possession of the land, but the same order has not yet been complied. The dispute relates with the Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Act. Section 15 of the Act provides that if any order of a competent authority is not executed, the aggrieved party may file execution case before the authority under the Act for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4451 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 execution of the order, but no such execution case is filed. In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file petition under Section 15 of the B.L.D.R. Act before the competent authority who shall act in accordance with law.
