The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in a case of theft of Bolero. He is accused in four similar cases and all the cases from the District of Saran.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4527 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 The District Judge, Saran at Chapra is directed to get trial of all the cases and conclud the same within a year. He shall transfer all the cases in one Court so that there is no delay in the trial.
