2. This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of (Muzaffarpur) Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under Sections 406, 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Petitioners seek quashing of F.I.R. by considering

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5206 of 2022(3) dt.28-02-2024 2/2 all the materials on affidavit in his defence, which is not permissible in law. Moreover, in this case, police has already submitted final form.

4. Considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs. P.P. Sharma, reported in 1992 Supp.(1) SCC 222, this application is dismissed.
