2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103, 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023.

3. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the husband of the informant which hit him and he died on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. There is land dispute between the parties. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner and other accused persons have fired upon the husband of the informnat due to which he

6. From the materials available on record, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
