Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned counsel for the State, has no objection to the prayer for disposal of the writ application. Considering fact that the matter relates to promotion of the petitioner and the case of similarly circumstanced person was considered by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2019 passed in CWJC No.23307 of 2019, the present writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order. On filing of the representation, the respondent-authority shall consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order with all consequential benefits.
