The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 238 of 2017 registered under Sections 407, 409, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 3118 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No. 18269 of 2021 on 14.12.2021 and 10.01.2022 respectfully, as contained in Annexure-3 series.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
