The petitioner seek bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 dated 10.04.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted one Nazim as a result of which he received injuries which have been opined to be simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence and there are injuries on the side of the petitioners as well. The FIR appears to have been lodged after five days of the occurrence.

No.5802 of 2019(2) dt.01-02-2019 2/2 Regard being had to the aforesaid facts as also taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Ghurna) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
