JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 4.3.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 376,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 and 12 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Special Case No. 18 of 2014 arising out of Sigori P.S. Case No.12 of 2014, pending before the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Patna.

Accusation is of ravishing the minor daughter of the informant. From the impugned order, it appears that only the doctor and I.O. are left to be examined.

In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to entertain the present application for bail. Accordingly, the prayer
