The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 435, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 of the C.L. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

It is alleged that the construction worker were taking rest in the 'panchayat bhawan', Rajepur when 25-30 miscreants came and they put the JCB machine on fire and also threatened the workers not to continue the construction work. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22318 of 2015 (2) dt.07-07-2015 2/2 that the accusation is omnibus and general and the investigation has already concluded. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one another case apart from the present in which he is on bail.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.66 of 2013.
