The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having abducted the victim girl.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case inasmuch as the victim girl, in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., has stated that she was love affair with the petitioner herein and had voluntarily left her house and married the petitioner in a temple. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4039 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 custody since 12.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018.
