JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 It is a case of the year 2017, but the grievance of the informant-petitioner is that till date investigation has not been completed and the accused persons are absconding. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the Superintendent of Police, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas to look into the matter, take a review of the same and after personally supervising the case issue necessary direction to the investigating officer and ensure completion of investigation and arrest of the absconding accused, if any, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Let the police final report be submitted immediately thereafter in the court below.
