JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 447, 323, 324, 325, 308, 354(B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices Act.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the petitioners entered inside the house of the informant and on the order of petitioner no.2, petitioner no.1 assaulted the informant causing fracture injury on her finger and petitioner nos.3 & 4 torn her cloth. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and even according to F.I.R., injury is on the finger and so far tearing of

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Sathi P.S.
