JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2013 registered under sections 376 and 312 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66 and 66A of the Information Technology Act.

The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Bench of this court vide order dated 19th April, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.8740 of 2014. It is alleged in the FIR by the prosecutrix that the petitioner is her brother-in-law and he not only ravished her but also took video recording of obscene photographs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13889 of 2016 (3) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Taking into consideration the serious nature of allegation, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
