JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.02.2015 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The accusation is of killing the niece of the informant for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is co-villager of the husband of the deceased. There is no specific allegation has been made against him.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22167 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014.
