JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have statutory remedy of appeal available in terms of the Rule and as such, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Appellate Authority.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nawadah. In case such appeal is filed within one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in view of the fact that the writ petition has remained pending for more than two years.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
