(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, direction/s commanding the respondents to pay compensation of acquisition of 0.83.5 Decimal of land of the petitioner of Khata No.43 and part of Khesra (plot) No.232 and 248 respectively from the enhanced rate treating the land to be residential land acquired for the purposes of construction of Bihta-Sarmera State Highway (road no.78) as in the adjacent plots, compensation had been paid treating that land to be residential land.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the concerned Collector for redressal of his grievances within four weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
